Fantastic

I have large house with 2 WAPs, this being 1. Both are in Bridge mode, and Linux hands out DHCP addresses. No obvious issues with wifi thrashing between the 2 WAPs (which I did have fairly often with the 1 WAP I replaced) 6e on this TP-Link WAP enabled almost 900Mbps on my 1Gbps Internet fiber link through my home network and firewall from my Samsung Fold4.

Like Night & Day

Got this as an upgrade from the AX3000.I must say this one outperforms it drastically, and it definitely runs much cooler. The AX3000 was always very hot to the touch, and this one runs very cool. The setup was easy, and had no issues connecting with any devices. The wifi signal and coverage is much better as well.

Features and range I wasn't expecting at this price point.

I'm slowly phasing in 6E gear, and wanted to give this a try. Initially, I thought I'd use it as a simple VPN gateway, but I'm super impressed with how it performs overall.Although it has an older multi-antenna setup versus the "bat wing" routers that have been increasingly more popular, the range on this is really quite impressive. I was able to maintain a solid 6E signal with near-gig throughput from 50 yards, through brick. I have a well-regarded UniFi AP that starts to **** out on AX at nearly half the distance outdoors.Where I was also impressed though was with the router's OS. Where I'd normally go on the lookout for DD-WRT or something similar, just about everything you need is baked in. Want to set up multiple OpenVPN connections? Go right ahead. You can pop your .ovpn configs over and be up and running in seconds. Want to segregate WAN or VPN egress by MAC address? No problem. It's a couple of clicks. So in one router out of the box, you can get decent device coverage around your house, and push streaming devices over VPN connections without having to maintain on-device VPN clients. Nice!I'm not usually a huge proponent of TP-Link gear (not that I dislike it, either) but I'd really expect a router this good to cost a lot more than this does.
